Guatemala Carmen
Quality Control Team cupped through hundreds
of samples to construct this lot from coffee
cultivated by small holder producers in the
Ciudad Vieja areas surrounding Mama Carmen
who brought their coffee to be processed at
Carmen. Fresh cream, milk chocolate and
berry intertwine in this heavy bodied coffee
reminiscent of a raspberry cordial.
瓜地馬拉 卡門咖啡
碧利的品質控管成員在經過上百杯的試杯後終於找出了這種由居住在卡門的別哈城的少量咖啡農所栽培出來的咖啡。這些咖啡豆被帶到卡門進行後期的製程。這種咖啡讓人聯想到覆盆子的味道，適合配上新鮮的奶油、牛奶或巧克力來進行一場味覺的探險。
